Mission of the post

Planning, organization, direction and control of the mining operations, considering the functions down detailed.

Functions

•·  Direct to the metallurgical operations mining.

•·  Control in strict form the production costs to manage to reach numbers underneath the budget

•·  Review and control the execution of the budget of capital (Authorization of Expenses of Investment) approved by the Operations Manager.

•·  Supervise and control the mining projects such as: mineral reserves and exploration, developments, purchase of equipment, ventilation, control of the land and others.

•·  Supervise and control the projects of the concentrator plant.

•·  Supervise and improve the programs of security, hygiene and health

•·  Assure the fulfillment the commitments assumed with the PAMA among them: the unloading of the quality of the water, dust control, preservation of green areas and the control of tailings.

•·  At any moment to improve the corporative image of the company, maintaining excellent relations with the government, his agencies, and in general with all the professional institutions.

•·  To reach the considered production annually the law average wished of mineral.

•·  To maintain an excellent relation with the neighboring communities and pertinent authorities

Technical knowledge and experience required for this post

•·  Experience in underground / open pit operations.

•·  Experience in use of heavy equipment of spread

•·  Knowledge and experience of processes automated in mine and concentrate plant.

•·  Experience in handling of social/community subjects and relation with authorities
